This work is personal to me—and I imagine it is to you, too.
I know how full life can feel—and how difficult it can be to take care of yourself within it.
Through more than 25 years of working closely with children, teens and families—as a teacher, coach, and studio owner—I’ve seen how deeply our well-being is shaped by the way we live day to day. When things feel out of balance—whether it’s stress, sleep, nourishment, or simply too much to hold—it doesn’t stay contained. It touches everything and everyone in our homes AND these feelings of overwhelm and imbalance affect us differently depending on our stage of life.
That understanding became even clearer during the pandemic, as I watched individuals (kids and teens) and full family units navigating increasing overwhelm, disconnection, and fatigue. It reinforced something I had long believed: health and happiness doesn’t come from doing more or trying harder. It comes from intentionally creating a way of living that truly supports you. When you are supported that grounded, calm, energized, confident, healthy and happy YOU is what shines upon others.
That perspective, and becoming a mom myself, led me to become a Certified Integrative Health Coach—and to create Thrive Hive.
My work is grounded in a more thoughtful, personalized approach to well-being. Together, we look on the full picture—your rhythms, your responsibilities, your needs—and build simple, sustainable habits that can hold up in real life.Â
Thrive Hive helps individual family members move out of survival mode and into thriving. Within our customized 1:1 coaching relationship we co-create a healthier emotional and physical foundation for you at the stage of life you are in right in. I work with each family member separately to ensure I address where they are at and tailor our work to their unique needs and goals.
This is not about quick fixes or rigid plans. It’s about creating something steady and sustainable. Something supportive. Something you can actually stay with and build upon-these are the foundational life skills that somehow get overlooked or simply don't make the priority list when life gets hectic and overwhelming. I get it because I have been there and I have witnessed it in more than 4,000 students and families over the years.Â
And it’s not something you have to do alone.
I work closely with individuals and families who are ready for a different kind of support—one that is intentional, realistic, honest and designed to create lasting change.

The Heart Behind My Coaching Method
This work is designed to meet you where you are—and move forward in a way that feels both supportive and doable. Our sessions offer a space to slow down, reflect honestly on what’s working (and what isn’t), gain foundational education and begin to make intentional and well informed shifts in your life immediately. You set the direction and together we break things into manageable steps that feel aligned with your life and throughout the coaching relationship you have my support consistently.
Over time, this process builds something deeper than new habits. It creates clarity, confidence and a sense of trust in how you care for yourself. Instead of starting over or second-guessing your choices, you begin to follow through in a way that feels steady and sustainable. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, awareness and empowerment..it's a mindset shift and real tangible life style choices that create lasting change.
If you’re ready for a more thoughtful, supported way forward, I invite you to take the next step.
