This work is personal to me—and I imagine it is to you, too.

I know how full life can feel—and how difficult it can be to take care of yourself within it.
Through more than 25 years of working closely with children and families—as a teacher, coach, and studio owner—I’ve seen how deeply our well-being is shaped by the way we live day to day. When things feel out of balance—whether it’s stress, sleep, nourishment, or simply too much to hold—it doesn’t stay contained. It touches everything and everyone in our homes.
That understanding became even clearer during the pandemic, as I watched individuals and families navigating increasing overwhelm, disconnection, and fatigue. It reinforced something I had long believed: lasting change doesn’t come from doing more or trying harder. It comes from creating a way of living that truly supports you and when you are supported, your whole family feels supported.
That perspective led me to become a Certified Integrative Health Coach—and to create Thrive Hive.
My work is grounded in a more thoughtful, personalized approach to well-being. Together, we look at the full picture—your rhythms, your responsibilities, your needs—and build simple, sustainable habits that can hold up in real life. Thrive Hive helps parents move out of survival mode and create a healthier emotional and physical foundation for the entire family.
This is not about quick fixes or rigid plans. It’s about creating something steady. Something supportive. Something you can actually stay with.
And it’s not something you have to do alone.
I work closely with individuals and families who are ready for a different kind of support—one that is intentional, realistic, and designed to create lasting change.

The Heart Behind My Coaching Method
This work is designed to meet you where you are—and move forward in a way that feels both supportive and doable. Our sessions offer a space to slow down, reflect honestly on what’s working (and what isn’t), and begin to make intentional and well informed shifts. You set the direction, and together we break things into manageable steps that feel aligned with your life.
Over time, this process builds something deeper than new habits. It creates clarity, confidence, and a sense of trust in how you care for yourself and your family. Instead of starting over or second-guessing your choices, you begin to follow through in a way that feels steady and sustainable. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, awareness, and empowerment.
If you’re ready for a more thoughtful, supported way forward, I invite you to take the next step.
