I know how overwhelming life can feel when you’re trying to take care of everyone else while also wanting to feel healthier, calmer, more energized, and more connected yourself. You don’t have to figure it all out alone — that's what I am here for.

My work is centered around helping busy parents step out of survival mode and create simple, sustainable habits that support both their own wellbeing and the wellbeing of their family — without guilt, perfection, or unrealistic expectations.

This is a supportive, judgment-free space where we focus on your real life, explore tangible wellness topics and ways to simplify, find more balance, create predictable routines and establish healthy habits that fit into your life and meet your goals. Together, we’ll talk honestly about where you are now, what feels hard, what you truly want for yourself and your family, and what small, realistic shifts could help you move forward.

For more than 25 years, I’ve worked closely with thousands of families as a coach, teacher, mentor, business owner, and wellness professional. I’m also a wife, mom, entrepreneur, athlete, and real human navigating the same fast-paced world you are. I understand the pressure, exhaustion, and mental load that so many parents carry — and I also know how powerful it can be to finally feel supported.

Our call is simply a chance to connect, get to know each other, and explore what kind of support would feel most helpful for you right now.

We’ll start with a quick overview of how you are feeling, your level of overwhelm and your sense of your over all wellness and that of your family so I can understand what brought you here and what you’re hoping to shift.

Outline how you can reach your goals

I’ll share the framework I use to help clients create lasting positive change, one small shift at a time, for themselves and their family, and we’ll explore what your next best steps could look like.

Get enrolled as a client if it should be a great fit

If we see clearly that I can help you create lasting, achievable, healthy personal and family rhythms one actionable step at a time, and the program aligns, we will get you enrolled!

What you can do to prepare:

  • First, and MOST importantly, add this call to your calendar right now so that you don't forget!
  • Set aside 30 minutes where you can be fully present and distraction-free: phone on silent, kids occupied, this time is all about you
  • Think about any questions you have or topics you may want to remember to bring up for us to discuss
  • Have a notebook and pen ready during the call in case you need to jot anything down
  • Be open to new ideas and new possibilities!
