A private 1:1 health coaching experience designed to help parents who feel burnt out, stuck with their own health and overwhelmed trying to keep their family healthy stop the spiral and build simple habits that actually stick and bring the whole household together—with expert support every step of the way.
This program offers parents a safe, judgement free space to work simultaneously on their own health/wellness and on the health/wellness of their family.
This is not a one size fits all, quick fix program. Rather, it is an individualized, supportive approach that meets each client/family where they are at and helps them define their goals, identify their pain points and create realistic action steps to improve their real lives on a daily basis and for the long term.
Clients receive foundational education on a variety of wellness topics, consistent 1:1 support, guidance and accountability coaching so that they actually achieve the results they seek.
